• DI - Declaração de Importação: emitted way SISCOMEX for the proper importer or SANSOUTH LOGISTICS, it is indispensable to the customs clearance of the merchandise;

• Commercial Invoice ou Fatura Comercial: emitted and envoy of the exterior for the exporter;

• Packing List ou Romaneio de Embarque: emitted and envoy of the exterior by the exporter, if necessary;

• Bill of Lading ou Airway Bill ou Conhecimento de Embarque: emitted for the international transporter and envoy of the exterior by the exporter or by SANSOUTH LOGISTICS

• Certificados de Origem ALADI ou MERCOSUL: emitted and envoy of the exterior by the exporter, if necessary;

• Draft (Saque ou Cambial): emitted and envoy of the exterior by the exporter or by SANSOUTH LOGISTICS;

• Certificado Fito Sanitário: emitted for the competent agency in the exterior and sent by the exporter, if necessary;

• Contrato de Câmbio: Automatically filled by the bank or by the corrector of exchange, way SISBACEN and signed by the involved parts, can be indispensable in the customs clearance of the imported merchandise, as the stated period of payment or the type of operation
